AirJelly is built around proactive, context-aware AI assistance. Here is exactly how we handle the data that powers these features.

Screenshots never leave your device. Screenshots are encrypted, stored only on your device, and never transmitted — not even to our servers. Sensitive content is automatically filtered before any derived text or context is processed further.

Your content stays yours. You retain full ownership of everything in your work context. We access this data only to provide the service you requested, and we never use it to train AI models.

What gets sent to AI providers. When you trigger an AI feature, only derived text or structured context — never the raw screenshot — may be sent to an external AI provider, and only the minimum necessary for that request.

Sensitive information. We recommend pausing context capture when working with passwords, financial accounts, or medical records. You can do this at any time from the app settings.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We share data only in these limited situations:

• Service providers — trusted vendors who operate infrastructure on our behalf (database, cloud storage, analytics). All are bound by data processing agreements.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• Legal requirements — when required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulation.
• Internal research — we may use anonymized, aggregated data for internal research and technological development.
